The Practice has extensive experience on a range of complex transactions relating to social and hard infrastructure development in the public and private realms.

Our sector experience spans the housing, roads, ports, railways, logistics, and energy and telecommunication sectors. We advise on a wide range of matters for these projects including Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) feasibility studies, joint ventures structuring, project financing, infrastructure development & privatizations, legal due diligence, institutional and governance design.
